Who Does What? Effective Role Delegation between Board and Staff
This one-hour class is a practical learning experience designed to provide board members, executive directors, and leaders in nonprofit organizations with the skills and knowledge to understand their distinct roles and responsibilities. Participants will explore best practices for effective delegation, communication strategies, and how to foster a collaborative environment that enhances organizational performance.

It is first come, first serve for the first FOUR registrants from an organization. If more than four people from an organization register, the additional registrants will be added to a waitlist and invited to the event if the space is not filled two business days before the event.
- In-person class with a PowerPoint presentation, opportunity for Q&A, and in-session discussions
- All participants present will have access to a delegation worksheet and roles and responsibilities handout.
