Welcome to the "How to Sessions" part of the Heart of Missouri United Way's ASPIRES Project. This is the first session of 2025, offering an opportunity to learn more about building your organization's capacity and explore the benefits of joining the ASPIRES COHORT.
A well-structured board is essential for a thriving nonprofit. In this class, board members and nonprofit leaders will learn how to create an organized roadmap of annual tasks that strengthen governance, ensure compliance, and align with strategic goals. Through practical guidance, participants will explore ways to prioritize responsibilities, set clear deadlines, and foster accountability—ensuring their board operates efficiently and effectively.
